Running Club
 

Real Bodies Run Club offers a chance for new and existing members to take part in a running specific session held twice a week.

This is lead by Whitney, a fitness instructor and personal trainer, who has been teaching at Real Bodies since 2015.

The sessions are suitable for all running abilities, from a complete beginner to the experienced runner.

Sessions will include:

Speed work

Hill sprints

Drills

Running technique

Body conditioning exercises

Running shoe advice

Clothing advice

Safety

All aimed to help you become a stronger runner as well as decrease your risk of injury.

Throughout times of the year, there will be an organised event held from the gym to help you work towards a goal or even improve from the previous event with a finishers memento of course  😊
