Real Bodies Gym welcomes a wide range of members including beginners, fitness enthusiasts, strength athletes, and people simply looking to improve their health and wellbeing.

Yes. Real Bodies offers monthly memberships that are completely non-contracted. This means you are not tied into a long-term agreement—you remain a member simply because you choose to continue your membership.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time by speaking to a member of staff.
If you’re unable to attend for a period of time, the most cost-effective option is to freeze your membership. Memberships can be frozen for up to two months at a time, and this can be arranged by speaking to a member of staff or by sending an email requesting a freeze. There are no admin charges for freezing your membership.
To cancel your membership, you must send an email to rbinfo@realbodiesgym.co.uk requesting cancellation. You will then need to follow the steps provided in the reply to complete the cancellation process.
As an independent, high-end gym, we are committed to maintaining a premium training environment for our members. The Club Enhancement Fee helps us continually invest in the quality of the club, ensuring that our facilities, equipment, and services remain at the highest standard.
This annual fee supports ongoing improvements such as equipment maintenance and upgrades, facility enhancements, and the overall upkeep of the club. Because we operate independently, we are able to respond quickly to any issues and maintain our equipment to a high standard, meaning machines are rarely out of order and any disruptions are resolved as quickly as possible.
The Club Enhancement Fee is £28 and charged once per year on the anniversary of your joining date, and it allows us to continue providing the level of service, attention to detail, and training environment that our members expect from a premium fitness club.
Yes you can purchase a day pass for £10 by signing up here and selecting the Pay as You Go option.
Gym Facilities
Real Bodies Gym includes a wide range of facilities such as free weights, resistance machines, cardio equipment, functional training space, a fitness studio, an infrared sauna, and the eGym smart training system.
Yes. The gym includes cardio equipment such as treadmills, stationary bikes, rowing machines, and cross trainers.
Yes. The gym has space for functional training including bodyweight exercises, mobility work, and conditioning workouts.

Yes. Many machines are designed specifically for beginners and are easy to use. Staff can also help demonstrate how to use equipment safely.
Yes. We offer personal training sessions to support members with a wide range of goals, including weight loss, muscle gain, improved fitness, and building strength.
Working with one of our Personal Trainers provides structure, accountability, and expert guidance during your workouts. Many of our members have achieved great results by partnering with a trainer who can tailor sessions to their individual needs and help them stay motivated.

Absolutely. Our gym welcomes members of all ages, including those over 70, and offers equipment and training options designed to support safe, effective exercise at any stage of life.
One of the most popular areas for many members is the eGym smart strength training system. The machines automatically adjust to your individual strength level and guide you through each exercise with the correct seat position, resistance and range of movement. This makes workouts easy to follow, comfortable and safe — especially if you’re new to strength training or returning to exercise.
The eGym system also tracks your progress, helping you gradually build strength, improve mobility and support overall health without needing to manually adjust weights or settings.
Classes & Community
Yes. The gym offers a variety of fitness classes in the studio designed to improve strength, fitness, and overall health.
We don’t currently offer dedicated Pilates classes, but we do have some great alternatives that focus on similar benefits. Our Yoga classes help improve flexibility, balance, and core strength, while our Body Balance sessions combine elements of yoga, stretching, and core work for a full mind–body workout. Both are excellent options if you’re looking for that controlled, low-impact style of training.
Yes. Real Bodies Gym hosts a free Sunday morning run club that welcomes walkers, joggers, and runners of all abilities. Participants meet at 8:45am outside the front of the gym for a 9am start.

Yoga Classes
Yes, you are welcome to join class if you haven't done yoga before . All of our postures are beginner friendly, fully explained and demonstrated.
Laura teaches adaptive yoga which is a mixture of Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga. The class is open to mixed abilities so variations of more challenging poses are offered where adaptation is needed.
Yoga is not a cardio exercise but it can help tone and strengthen the body. Yoga helps your overall wellbeing, and is very complimentary to any weightloss journey.
Opening Hours & Access
Yes. Members have 24-hour access to the gym, allowing them to train whenever it suits their schedule.

Friday - Sunday
8:00am – 12pm
Members can still access the gym outside these hours.
Yes. Because the gym is open 24 hours, members can train early in the morning, late at night, or whenever it suits them.
Like most gyms, early evenings can be busier. However, because the gym is open 24 hours, many members choose quieter times to train.

Yes. Free parking is available for members, making it convenient to visit the gym. There is also overflow parking available during busy periods.
Yes, there is a bike rack where you can safely park your bike. Please ensure it is padlocked for added security.
