Josh Constable

I started Personal Training in 2013. since then I have:
- Coached three female powerlifters to both Regional and National Level.
- Helped numerous clients achieve a weight loss of up to 20KG+.
- Prepared clients for multiple endurance events.
- Level 4 Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach
- Level 2 Mental Awareness
- Postural Assessment and Corrective Exercise
- Kettlebell Instructor Certification
- Circuit Training Instructor Certification

- 1st in The Regional Powerlifting Competition
I started training with Josh as I wanted to gain some more confidence in the gym, both in myself and with the equipment. I have trained with Josh once a week for over a year now, and he is by far the most knowledgeable and friendly PT I have ever met. He explains everything extremely well, and his problem solving skills are second to none. If ever I struggled with an exercise, he would always come up with creative ways to make it more suitable for me, or could instantly think of another exercise that would also work.Josh is extremely supportive and encouraging, and always managed to get the best out of me when I thought I couldn’t do things. He also checks in with his clients regularly, which really helps us to stay accountable, and provide feedback about anything we may want to change.My confidence has increased so much since I first met Josh, and I now feel comfortable in a gym which is a massive achievement for me!I would not think twice about recommending Josh to anyone, I think he is fantastic. If you are looking for a PT, he is your man!

Josh is patient yet firm, supportive and very motivational. He has a wealth of knowledge in fitness and nutrition and has helped me to lose weight and maintain it. I found my love for Personal Training whilst studying for my degree in Musical Theatre. Alongside my dance-based degree I began coaching my peers to reach their healthiest and happiest selves.

Daisie first started coaching me in June to help me rehab from hand surgery and a hamstring injury. Hey, I’m Cam, a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer here at Real Bodies.
My passion for fitness grew through my time in boxing and now I’m lucky enough to spend my time helping others achieve their goals, not only in the gym but in life too! If you’re looking for a coach that can help you build sustainable habits whilst also enjoying a glass of red or a slice of pizza on the weekend, I’m the guy for you!

I’ve known Cam a while now as he was the one who encouraged me to join the gym with my daughter in 2021, just after the 2021 lockdown. We were both a little nervous joining a gym, but with Cams support we were soon using the gym 3-4 times a week and joining circuit classes.
Both my daughter and I have literally gone from strength to strength and the effects are apparent both mentally and physically. We both started personal training with Cam, and this has taken our training to a whole different level – making us even more focussed and driven.
Cam makes the sessions fun and is always on hand to offer advice and support. Highly recommend.
