Josh Constable

I began my journey in the fitness industry in 2013, since then, I’ve been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients, helping them achieve their goals. Some of my accomplishments include:
- 10 Years experience in helping people achieve their goals.
- Experience in injury rehabilitation, working with clients to recover from a wide range of injuries.
- Guiding numerous clients in achieving weight loss of 20kg+.
- Preparing clients for a variety of endurance events.
- Coaching 3 female powerlifters to compete at Regional and National levels.

I started training with Josh as I wanted to gain some more confidence in the gym, both in myself and with the equipment. I have trained with Josh once a week for over a year now, and he is by far the most knowledgeable and friendly PT I have ever met. He explains everything extremely well, and his problem solving skills are second to none. If ever I struggled with an exercise, he would always come up with creative ways to make it more suitable for me, or could instantly think of another exercise that would also work.Josh is extremely supportive and encouraging, and always managed to get the best out of me when I thought I couldn’t do things. He also checks in with his clients regularly, which really helps us to stay accountable, and provide feedback about anything we may want to change.My confidence has increased so much since I first met Josh, and I now feel comfortable in a gym which is a massive achievement for me!I would not think twice about recommending Josh to anyone, I think he is fantastic. If you are looking for a PT, he is your man!

Daisie first started coaching me in June to help me rehab from hand surgery and a hamstring injury. I’ve known Cam a while now as he was the one who encouraged me to join the gym with my daughter in 2021, just after the 2021 lockdown. We were both a little nervous joining a gym, but with Cams support we were soon using the gym 3-4 times a week and joining circuit classes. Both my daughter and I have literally gone from strength to strength and the effects are apparent both mentally and physically. We both started personal training with Cam, and this has taken our training to a whole different level – making us even more focussed and driven. Cam makes the sessions fun and is always on hand to offer advice and support. Highly recommend.

What can I say I started my journey after leaving another trainer as she moved, I have found Cam so good for me he pushes me when I think I can’t do it, encourages me to try all the exercises even if I find them hard I’m proud to have him by my side and him helping me lose nearly 20 kg so far, it’s due to his time in explaining nutrition and getting me to change my eating habits which I have done and I’m making better choices.
